Ministry in a Unitarian Universalist context is a “shared ministry” where everyone in the congregation supports the spiritual health and resiliency of each other, as well as those outside our religious circle. We work with our religious professionals who provide innovative and practical leadership, strong multicultural and multigenerational competency, emotional and spiritual health, and who offer a vision of the possible.

We are delighted to announce that as of August 1, 2024, we have a new minister! Shams Cohen, MDiv led her first service on August 18. Shams emerged as a stellar example of our UU values and beliefs, and we hope she will help us grow and thrive as a community. Shams is our part-time, contract minister, charged primarily with Sunday services and pastoral care. Sham’s bio.
