Rental Process

To rent all or part of our building, please:

  1. Contact the Rentals Manager via admin@uuflg.org or (408) 358-1212 to find out if your desired days and times are available and to set a time to view the space. View our calendar to see if your desired slots mind may be available.
  2. Download, complete and sign the Facilities Use Agreement, which is the rental contract.
  3. Deposit in the Fellowship mail slot or mail the completed agreement with full payment, security deposit, and copy of tax-exempt status letter from the IRS or FTB.

The fee schedule and security deposit to rent rooms is shown in the Facilities Use Agreement.

Once the Fellowship receives your completed and signed agreement, copy of tax-exempt status letter, full rental payment, and security deposit, we will mail or give you a copy, which is your confirmation of the reservation. If you do not receive the copy within one week of submitting your paperwork, please contact us at admin@uuflg.org or (408) 358-1212.

Once our rentals manager receives the completed and signed agreement, copy of tax-exempt status letter, full rental payment, and security deposit, we will add the event to our online calendar.

Download, print and complete the applicable sections of the Building Checkout List to ensure you leave the rental space in the required condition. In the mail slot (located to the right of the front door), drop the building key and the completed checkout list.
